Class fees must be paid in advance of the first class (post dated cheques will not be accepted). As classes fill quickly, please advise if you wish to be placed on a waiting list in the event the class you’re interested in is full; we’ll inform you of any cancellations.

Please note:
 The excitement of training can cause some beginner dogs to momentarily lose focus and snap at another dog. For this reason, it is essential that only the dog that is working on a particular exercise, be off the leash. All other dogs must be leashed and under the control of the Handler at all times.
  • Agility is a labour intensive sport. There may be setup required at the start of your class (i.e. raising or lowering the Aframe, attaching or removing the ramps from the Dogwalk, minor movement of obstacles for sequencing, etc.). Setup will be performed during the allotted lesson time. Students are required to assist, where requested, with the lifting/moving or assembly of equipment as identified by the instructor.
  • Applications cannot be accepted without a signed Insurance Waiver.
   

Insurance Waiver  

I agree that the organization offering these training classes has the right to refuse this application for cause which the organization shall deem to be sufficient. I accept that there will be no refund of class fees for any reason other than the dog having sustained an injury or illness which prevents participation, and that any refund request must be accompanied by a current signed veterinary certificate. I understand that aggressive dog are not permitted to participate in training classes offered by this organization, and that should this dog perform an aggressive act toward another dog or person, (the decision as to whether a behavior is "aggressive" to be decided solely by Dream Fields Training Inc.) the dog will immediately be expelled from the class and no refund will be given for any unused portion of the classes. In consideration of the acceptance of this application, the offering of these training classes, I agree to hold the organization (Dream Fields Training Inc.) including its officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the Dream Fields premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, death, or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by negligence of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes. I hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and same the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom sustained by any person or persons, including myself or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my participation in this training class, howsoever such injuries, death or damage to property may be caused or may have been alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents, or any other person.
